Plan Your Visit

We can’t wait to see you at the Indy Winter Farmers Market, and we put together a list of things you should know to help plan your trip!

Market Rules

  • Everyone will be happy to see you! Despite all the changes and new rules, our Market will still be the place to see smiling eyes, from a safe distance, and get fresh local products.

  • When to Arrive: The first hour of the Market (9 a.m.) is our Safe Hour. That time is encouraged for seniors and high-risk (immuno-compromised) customers and is mask-mandatory. We also ask that no customers show up early to not interfere with the safe setup of the Market.

  • SNAP/EBT & Fresh Bucks will still be accepted! Learn more here!

  • Interactions: We ask that only 1-2 persons per family come to shop, and one person at a time to engage a vendor. Please do not touch products and allow the vendors to hand you items once you’ve purchased them.

  • Don’t forget your MASK: Masks are mandatory for customers attending the market, including vendors, volunteers, and staff. Masks will be available for sale at the market welcome desk, or you can get one for free by visiting www.indy.gov/activity/face-coverings-for-marion-county-residents.

Logistics:

  • Parking & Traffic: The market is located at the Circle City Industrial Complex at 1125 Brookside Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46202. There is free parking available in two parking lots. The small lot (located in front of Centerpoint Brewing) is primarily for Centerpoint and farmers market visitors. Please be mindful when parking not to block other cars into spaces.

  • Enter & Exit: There will now be one entrance to the Market and one way out. In the event we reach capacity, customers will need to line up outside the door and practice social distancing (6 ft. apart).

  • Market Layout: The vendors are spaced (booths 5-6 feet apart) to accommodate social distancing. There will be social distancing signs placed around the market and on the floor to remind people to practice social distancing. Everyone will have access to the restrooms that will be located in the market.

  • Customer Lines: Vendors who have long lines, please be respectful of personal space. There will be marks on the ground to ensure social distancing.

  • Crowd Control: Admission will be restricted if the Market area becomes too crowded to maintain social distancing. We don’t anticipate that this will be necessary, but we’ll be monitoring the situation.

Lastly, please stay home if you are unwell or may have been exposed to the virus. We must protect each other during these challenging times. Send someone to the market in your place.
